Backed by many years in management roles, both in DAX30 corporations and in small companies, I have dealt with "soft skills" such as communication and negotiation intensively. I offer training for groups or individuals, passing on my knowledge and experience in order to give my clients the best tools beyond their professional expertise and to reflect and improve their own skills in these areas.
