With more than 25 years of professional and management experience in DAX30 companies, but also small, owner-managed companies or subsidiaries in a group, I am very familiar with the hierarchical customs and the dependencies or difficulties that can arise from them.

 

After my bank training in the early 1990s, I added a degree in business administration and got trained in terms of both "hard skills" and "soft skills" while working for the company. As managing director for a subsidiary in a DAX30 corporation, my further training in employee management, on my own work, my own presence, the subject of emotional intelligence and leadership helped me to develop personally in order to meet the increasing demands on being a leader.

 

To master professional or personal challenges and crises, to grow by mastering them, getting up again and not just to carry on, but to realign myself with mindfulness - this was what my coaching training, but also my triathlon training as well as the Ironman competitions taught me.
